The PivotPoint™ Touch-Free Batch Finishing System is a robust, cost-effective solution that sprays all sides of a component at once …. ideal for small batches and custom projects. This single spray hub rotates in 90° increments and works with all Guffey Systems -engineered hangers, providing secure, touch-free handling of components like cabinet and furniture parts throughout the finishing process.

Designed with flexibility in mind, PivotPoint™ allows you to start with a basic setup and expand as your production grows. The vertical finishing system offers three attachment options: a floor stand, mounting to any wood or metal rod, or direct attachment to a wood structure, such as a ceiling joist or rack. No matter which option you choose, the mounted spray hub maintains full 360° rotation with secure 90° locking increments for controlled, consistent spraying. PivotPoint™ can also be set up as a mobile option for on-site use at cabinet remodels and installations.

PivotPoint is perfect for shops with smaller spray booths or for those that are looking for a lower initial investment

All components can be purchased separately to increase capacity as needed, giving your shop a scalable, cost-effective path forward. As production increases, the system can grow to fit your shop's needs. Every component you buy for a PivotPoint™ setup can transition to be used with a PivotLine® System when you're ready to upgrade.

Usage

Stock Racks easily move parts wherever needed in your shop for staging or drying. The PivotPoint Spray Hub provides a stable base allowing the finisher to spray all sides of the parts without touching them.
